These terms apply to services and purchases from NutriSource Wellness (the sole trader business of Éadaoin Russell Smullen, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Ireland) and to use of this website.

Services

Services include nutrition consultations (in person and online), workshops and events, and related guidance. Descriptions, durations and prices are shown on the website at the time of booking. Prices include VAT where it applies.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed when payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late may need to finish at the scheduled time.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please see the cancellation policy. Workshops and events are covered by the workshop and event terms.

Nutrition guidance and scope

Our services are nutrition guidance. They are not medical advice and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a doctor or other healthcare professional. See the disclaimer.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law. For distance bookings you have a 14 day right to cancel, which ends once a service you asked to start within that period has been fully provided. If you ask us to begin within 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the part already provided.

Intellectual property

Website content, guidance and materials belong to NutriSource Wellness. Personal guidance is for your own use only and may not be shared or sold.

Liability

We take care in everything we provide, but we cannot guarantee a particular health outcome. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts.
