In person consultations take place in Blackrock, Co. Dublin and include BioKinesiology as part of the assessment. Online consultations do not include the hands on BioKinesiology element.

What each consultation can explore
Current diet, symptoms, gut health, energy, blood sugar, lifestyle, stress, eating habits, relevant blood results, existing clinical information where appropriate and the wider life circumstances that shape how you eat and feel.

Nutrition guidance does not replace medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Existing blood results are reviewed as part of the nutrition picture, not medically interpreted.
