Cancellation Policy

We keep time free for you, so clear notice helps us offer it to someone else.

Rescheduling and cancelling consultations

• Free rescheduling or cancellation with a full refund when you give 48 hours or more notice before the appointment.
• Within 48 hours, the fee is not refundable, although we may offer one reschedule where there is a good reason such as illness.
• If you do not attend, the full fee applies.

How to change a booking

Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation or reminder email, or email ers@nutrisourcewellness.ie.

If we need to cancel

If we have to cancel, we will tell you as early as possible and offer a new time or a full refund.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. See the terms and conditions.
